Handing out awards is an inherently paradoxical act, trying to measure something as subjective as art. Yet, since launching this initiative in 2022, we have come to see this process not as a definitive judgment, but as an essential extension of artistic practice itself.

Summer 2026 edition of Pebbles Underground features 48 films made by artists from various backgrounds, and involving 21 different countries. All the six editions are freely available from 14th to 22nd of June!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the artists and filmmakers who participated in this edition. Determining the awards was an especially challenging task for the jury, as each film holds a special place in our hearts.

Winter Screenings 2025 feature experimental, surrealist, and underground cinema, documentaries of all types, essay films, screendance, video art, and animation. The programs resist fixed categories, moving fluidly between abstraction, documentary, and hybrid forms.
