Christopher Ouellette (he/him) is the Events Manager at Dance Film SF. A San Francisco native, his dance journey began at age two when he first saw the San Francisco Ballet’s Cinderella on KQED.

Isaac Bates-Vinueza joined Dance Film SF as the Development Coordinator in 2026, supporting grant writing, strategy, and fundraising. As a dancer, Isaac has performed with Sacramento Ballet, SFDanceworks, Post:ballet, LED Boise, and Amy Seiwert’s Imagery.

Kelsey McFalls (she/her) became Development Manager at Dance Film SF in 2024, where she supports grant writing and fundraising efforts. She is also a freelance dancer who has performed with Amy Seiwert’s Imagery, PARA.MAR Dance Theatre, Sacramento Ballet, Ballare Carmel, and American Repertory Ballet, among others.

Clare is currently on leave. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Clare Schweitzer (she/they) is a wearer of many hats at the intersection of dance and film.

Maddy Leitner (they/she) is the Marketing and Production Associate for SFDFF, tag-teaming the social media management and video editing with Clare Schweitzer, and managing print trafficking and filmmaker communications.
